A new chapter of cross-continental design has opened in Shenzhen with the debut of GCC Casa Milano Shenzhen, an Italian-inspired residential showcase designed by internationally acclaimed studio The One Atelier. Developed by Liantai Group, the exquisite new show flat marks a major design moment for the rapidly evolving Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base, the city’s most prestigious emerging district.

Unveiled on 11 November 2025, Casa Milano introduces a serene, contemporary aesthetic deeply rooted in Milanese craftsmanship yet tailored for Shenzhen’s forward-looking lifestyle. Located in a district celebrated for its iconic architecture, green boulevards and high-profile business landscape, the project combines international style with local ambition.
“Casa Milano represents our ambition to redefine modern urban living in the region,” says Mr. Huang Zhenda, Chairman of the Board, Liantai Group. “Working with The One Atelier allowed us to bring Italian craftsmanship to Shenzhen in a way that feels both authentic and innovative.”

The One Atelier’s vision for Casa Milano balances tactile luxury with timeless restraint. Soft neutral tones beige, cream and light blue set the stage for bronze and gold accents, brushed metal details and luxe natural stones such as Taj Mahal quartzite. Select pieces from Armani/Casa enhance the European residential character while delivering unmistakable sophistication.
