For the crust

- ¼ cup of coconut flour

- 1 cup of pumpkin puree
- ½ cup of brown sugar

Preparation: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine almond and coconut flour, cinnamon, salt, and melted butter. Mix it all together and put it into an 8” pan. 2. Chocolate Muffins
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of almond flour
- ¾ cup of cocoa powder
- ¼ cup of sweetener
- 1 ½ tsp of baking powder
- 1 cup of melted butter
- Three eggs
- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Preparation:Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix everything in a large bowl and fold in chocolate chips. Put the mixture in the special muffin pan and bake for 12 minutes.
3. Cookies
Ingredients:
- Two large eggs
- ½ cup of melted butter
- 2 tsp of whipped cream
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- Two ¾ cups of almond flour
- ¼ cup of keto-friendly sugar
- ¾ cup of chocolate chips
Preparation: Heat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix all the ingredients in the medium bowl until you get the perfect mixture. Add chocolate chips and start creating 1” balls and placing them on the baking sheet. Bake them for 15-20 minutes.
4. Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of canned coconut milk
- ⅓ of erythritol
- 1 ½ tsp of vanilla extract
- Fruits or chocolate to taste
Preparation:Stir together sweetener, milk, and vanilla extract. Put the mixture into the mold for ice cubes and leave it in the freezer. Blend it all together and add fruits or chocolate to taste.
5. Avocado Pudding
Ingredients:
- Two avocados
- 3 tsp of almond milk
- ½ cup of cocoa powder
- 1 tsp of vanilla extract
Preparation: Slice two avocados into the bowl. Add milk, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. If you prefer something sweet, add stevia or another sweetener to taste.
